Basically what it does is let you call anyone's phone number and have someone else's name appear on their caller ID as the person that is calling. So in a nutshell you can show any phone number you wish on another persons caller ID.
So for example this morning I called one of the other managers at my job and when he looked down at his caller ID it showed up that I was the head supervisior calling him. He sees it as the head man calling him and answers the phone thinking it was the head guy. I played a long about 30 seconds and then told him.
Pretty crazy stuff. Not sure I even like this but thought you guys would be interested in this.
You can also use it to change your voice, etc...
