ESPN is hosting a TopCoder contest for the upcoming football season. If you register with TopCoder and register for the contest, you get access to a TON of CSV data for the last 4 NCAA seasons. I haven't spent too much time with it, but it looks like its PLAY-BY-PLAY data for EVERY game over the last 4 seasons. It's a 19MB dowload of free data, CSV format, pretty nice if you ask me!
