Anyone has a special formula or know the trends for these first inning score/no score props? It sure is a fast way to make money if you're on the right side, instead of waiting out the whole game.

No formulas for me. Look at the good pitching matchups. Stick to AL teams more often than not. You're gonna pay some juice with good pitchers but it's generally worth it. If you find a good matchup, hit it EARLY in the day. The line moves a lot with good match ups. I've yet to see a favorite's line move down. For example, today's TAM/TOR line moved from -140 to -170 by game time.
