TROUBLE with " THE GREEK"

Is anyone else is having problems with THE GREEK.COM ? I have been having trouble getting a payout ( lots of excuses and passing the buck ) and earlier trouble with an "action bet" versus a " listed pitchers bet". First real problem in 2 years.

I don't deal with them and if I did and was having problems getting paid, I would talk verbally to the manager by phone and also forward an email letting him know that you are going to forward their refusal to pay across the internet board on the different major sports forums. You may not get paid but you'll certainly take a lot of money from them in another way. Most always with that approach, they are quick to backtrack and pay you right away.

This really surprises me..I've dealt with them since 1994 and always have been satisfied..Definitely talk with the Mgr by phone and I feel confident they will resolve matter for you..

I've always had good luck with them till last few weeks. Just spoke with "another" manager who said "there was an oversite , they will correct it .. check back tomorrow morn.. they gave me a tracking number but the parcel delivery company has no record of that tracking number

Good to hear..Not surprised..You are dealing with an A+ book here..If you went on forums blasting them like Ivan said you would look like a fool..

A customer service rep told me even though I had LISTED PITCHERS in the game ..it was an action bet and would be rated that way..she was wrong and they corrected it but I asked them if they have alot of new people cause I have'nt had these issues in the past?
