It Does For Me.......I Had Alot Of Respect For What The Guy Had Given For The Game Of Football....I'd Say A 9.5.....Now He's Just Looking For A Big Payday After The Packers Have Been Paying Him Big Over The Years..............Level Now Maybe A 4.0.....!

IMO....The Way This Has All Gone Down Will No Doubt Hamper His Legacy......It Is Now Tarnished!

No it doesn't at all and honestly, nobody is gonna remember or care about this episode in 5 years, they are just gonna remember his great 15 year career.

However, it sure is getting annoying and I hope he does go to the Vikings so I can pound the Pack on MNF at like -1 in the opener....

I don't know about loss of respect, but I definitely feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for all athletes that just can't seem to let it go. Football is basically all they've known their ENTIRE lives and they just can't seem to give it up.

So, I never really had a high level of respect for him (not a low one either) but his wanting to keep playing is just plain sad.

More like nobody will remember his 'great' career. I'll remember him for his final pass against the Giants and his recent interview with Greta Van Susteren. He's illiterate. His agent must be useless. How else can you explain a player of this magnitude not being trained better to deal with the media?

What a prima donna. Do you think Steve Yzerman would come back and threaten to play for the Leafs if Detroit felt he was done or had clearly moved in another direction?

The Pack should release him. Sure Brett, go play for the Vikings. Oh, and we're not retiring your number.
