Great value with the indians tonight as Cliff Lee takes the mound. The rays' struggles against the Indians extend far beyond 2008, as they have dropped 18 of 21 matchups with cleveland since the start of '06. Lets not forget about that 4 game sweep the tribe had against the rays earlier this season even though it was in cleveland. I know its hard to go against the rays at tropicana field but I like the value tonight.

Cliff Lee is 5-2 when starting against TB with an ERA of 2.29 and a WHIP of 0.945

Matt Garza is 0-2 when starting against cleveland with an ERA of 5.85 and a WHIP of 1.800

I was thinking about taking the Indians, but their bullpen sucks and the Ray never seem to lose at home. Good luck though.

Great value BM.
Getting Lee +120 is too tmpting to turn down, even if this game goes south, I still feel I was on the right side.

Thanks.. Yes, the indians bullpen is garbage. I'm Hoping cliff lee keeps his pitch count down and makes it through at least 7 innings.

He only went 6 innings the last time vs. the Rays, but the bullpen threw three scoreless innings. I'm not sure if they can do that again. Best play might be the Indians first 5 innings.

I learned not to bet against the Rays at home this year.

Yea, theres not doubt about it, the rays are unreal at home. I very rarely bet first 5 innings though. Alot of times it ends up as a push and if you lose it sucks when the team you bet comes back and wins the game. I like the action of the full game. C'mon indians :smoking:

The value is with Tampa Bay IMO. Getting Garza and the Rays at -125 at home against the Indians? Garza has better stuff that Cliff Lee. The Indians are better than their record, but TB is still a far better team with an arguably better pitcher on mound at home.

TB wins tonight 5-3.

Tribe up 2-0 on the rays in the top 3rd. Only bad news is Cliff lee's pitch count which is around 50 already. The indians bullpen is gonna have to put in work tonight. :smoking:

Tribe win! 5-2! Cliff lee did his job and pitched 7 innings and the bullpen closed it out. The indians continue their domination of the rays.. :toast:
