Same thing happened with me with WWTS years ago.....after that, I began calling WU once funds hit my sportsbook account just to verify that the funds were actually picked up.
I actually received the letter from WU about a year after I was banned from using their service because of multiple transactions, which caused them to suspect wrongdoing on my part. (they knew i was sending to offshore gambling, as if they didn't know before).

About 5 years ago I sent $1000 through WU using my credit card. My friend picked up the money, but WU didn't charge my card.
2 months later I received a letter from WU telling me they messed up and didn't charge my card. For some reason they can't keep credit card info on file.
They said I needed to call and give my card info again. The letter stated if I didn't call them I was breaking some law.
I called and gave the info because I knew they didn't charge the card.
I kept the letter. I will scan it tomorrow and post it. Let me know what you would have done.

You can still send money though..under 1k..I know several places that do not ask ID..I just tell the sportsbook my buddy sent it because I am working and give them a different senders name than mine..
Anyday now one of my buddys will be banned and they have never sent a WU in their life.( That they know of)..
One day they will try to send one and they will tell them they are banned for too many transactions...Hehehheheheheheheheheheheheheheheh

MY WIFE WORKED THERE FOR 25 YEARS. THEY BROKE THE UNION BY CLOSING DOWN THERE THREE UNION FATALITY AND SHIPPED ALL THE JOBS TO COSTA RICA. THEY BROUGHT THE COSTA RICANS TO THE LOCATIONS IN THE STATES AND HAD THE UNION EMPLOYEES TRAIN THEM. WHAT A BACK STABBING COMPANY, AND A POUR UNION. PLEASE NEVER SEND MONEY AGAIN BY WESTERN UNION. THEY USED THE OLD GLOBALIZATION EXCUSE.
