They don't have to say it because it is implied. When most see a hooded figure breaking in to a house they automatically think black guy. Sad but true.
It's funny I alway thought if you had a sign in your yard that meant you had some good stuff in the house you wanted to protect. So I told them fools to take all the signs and stickers off the windows.
