Philthy just stole a 2 run homer. The replay obviously shows that it was foul. How many fucking times this year have we seen this?

Only problem I see with instant replay in baseball is punishing a team for a failed challenge i.e. in football one loses a TO.

Who cares about punishing, the Managers can only argue once or twice a WEEK basically.

Only replay for Homers not for fair/foul down the lines or safe/out
