What percentage of umpires do you think are aware of money lines and totals at game time of the game they are working?

I would say a low percentage. They are at the top level of their profession. They wouldn't risk a career by even tempting themselves to be knowledgeable of the gambling world. They know which teams are better and if the score is going to be high or low based on starting pitchers and lineups but I don't think they even track sides or over/unders. Less than 1% are aware in my opinion.

I thought something was up in the Cubs game last night.
I was on the Cubs, but was in shock they didn't call that game earlier. Lighting everywhere.

I was thinking the umps must have had the Cubs since they knew it would count as a loss. Maybe allow the Cubs to hit a few more innings and get some runs on the board.

lol
