MLB Overall 318-266 +36.81 units

Yo. I went 1-1 as usual yesterday..thats ok I guess.

Cardinals -133 to win 1 unit

Lohse is 7-1 at home with a 2.92 ERA and the Cardinals are 32-27 at home, theyve been playing pretty well the last few and the Dodgers have only won one while Manny has been on the team. Kershaw doesnt have too much experience on the road...0-1..5.82 ERA.

Florida +194 to bet 1 unit

Ok why not? Florida is hovering around .500 this season on the road, and the Phillies are just 5 over .500 at home. Volstad is 2-0 with a 1.62 ERA on the road!

@ Cubs 2 ER ND 6 Innings
@ LA 1 ER W 8.2 Innings
@ Col 0 ER W 2.0 Innings (injury)

All the same...3 runs on the road with 16.2 innings is very impressive.

While for some reason the bats dont work for Hamels while hes at home, he has a 3.08 ERA at home, but just a 5-5 record. In fact he hasnt gotten a win at home since June 16th against the Red Sox, hes gotten 4 ND's and a L since then at home.

Anyway, its a very high number, dont see why its not worth the stabs, also the Marlins looked terrible today, hoping they come back for a winner

Hamels has dominated his last 2 starts vs. the Marlins and they can't hit lefties for shit. I see the Phillies winning easily tomorrow. I highly doubt Hamels has 3 bad starts in a row, but I like the Cardinals alot.

Well no offense of course but I take your Phillies advice with a grain of salt.

Hamels has dominated Florida in his last 2 starts? Maybe, but he lost them both.

Maybe the Marlins arent that great at hitting lefties, batting .259 (which is ok IMO). But the Phillies are batting .251 vs righties?

Hamels went 8 innings and 2 ER each start so he wasn't the reason they lost.

I wouldn't look at the batting average. The Phillies are a HR hitting team and Utley, Howard, and Burrell hit well off righties.

I tried to warn you last time you went against the Phillies and was right there as the Cardinals bullpen blew it like I thought.

Volstad has pitched well, but the Rockies got to him his last start and he struggles with his control.

Certainly good points IMO. But like I said, Volstad has pitched horrible at home, but amazing on the road. Hanley and Uggla hit well against LHP. The Rockies game was at home. I dont have too many worries about the Marlins bullpen either since theyve pitched pretty well as of late. We shall see, GL on the rest of your plays, especially that Cardinals play :toast:

Ramirez hits well off Hamels, but Uggla is 3-20 off Hamels.

Volstad has only 2 career road starts so I don't think you can put much value in that.

One of us will be a winner tomorrow.

The value is there, but I see the Phillies winning this game by 4-5 runs though of course I'm biased.

hard to back reds here no play on this game for me better games tonight i think

Oswalt (8-8, 4.74 ERA) is 20-1 with a 2.61 ERA in 25 career outings—23 starts—against the Reds (52-63). He has won 12 of his last 13 starts against them, including five straight since a 5-4 defeat in Cincinnati on April 28, 2006.
