they gotta see how bad the wind is blowing, wether its blowing out or in before they set the total, not sure what time they set it.

i told ya st louie might lose yesterday they did i hit 2 in a row st louie the day before yester day and boston red sox lost 1 foot ball game the spread was not made on both sides

Since the direction the wind blows plays a major factor in the total, or perceived total. They aren't posted until later.
