1 Can you bet 10 point teasers?
2 can you bet ml pars?
3 what price do thay stop putting a ml on a game like how high does the spread have to be?
4 Do the sports books give out any comps for makein a lot of bets over the football season?
5 do any books offer phone/net betting?

Yes, you can bet 10 point teasers. I know Ceasers used to have them, I am pretty sure most have them.

Yes, you can bet ML Parlays.
3. Don't know, don't look at it above 10 to 12 points anyways.
4.Yes, Las Vegas Hilton. For every $220 you wager (don't quote me on the amount, you collect 1 point) Each point has a direct value of 1 pt=$1. So 20 points will get you buffet, etc.

5. Don't know, ask some locals, they would know better than me.
