heres the thing about joe morgan.
he is always talking like he knows so much more than you do.

so it doesnt bother me. he definitely knows the game as well as anyone. the only thing that annoys me with him is that he continues to side with bonds despite overwhelming evidence against him. hes more or less protecting one of his own. but in terms of baseball knowledge, he is top notch.

without question bonds should be on a team right now. and it goes without saying that hes a first ballot HOFer. but morgan still for whatever reason acts like its preposterous to think bonds used steroids. as mentioned though, he has old school ties to him and thats understandable. but still a bit annoying. other than that, he is as good as they come. condescending, but still excellent.

He's a Hall of Famer, he has Hall of Fame duties every induction day.
The only one he missed was Boggs/Sandberg.
He hates Sandberg, basicly because he's white and is usually mentioned in the same sentence as Morgan as all time great second basemen.
This kills Morgan.
Listen closely to him, (if you haven't already punctured your ear drums with a bic pen), every time he compliments a white player, it pains him.
