ripped off- any help is appreciated

folks, I have been a VIP with SBG for 12 years They are a great book for me.
I have been solicited however by this guy Rocco at allsportswideworld.com
they knew I was a big player and popular business owner in my home state.
I kept putting him off and told him maybe during football season. So he called me yesterday and I told him I would try him out...but I would not give him my referals until I trusted them.
This guy puts me on a $50,000 credit limit. (take into consideration now- they know where my buildings are, my address, all info knowing they will get paid-hence the credit limit).
anyway- I took $20,115 off them. When I lost $1500 in blackjack they were so nice to me- then I kicked their ass in baseball. and ended up the day $20,115.
ever since I won, they closed my account ( I saved everything to my desktop) and tell me that I need to call my agent Rocco. I told them that his number is not working..they said they are not responsible.
Last night they said If I forfeit my balance they would let me play directly though them..(i thought thats what i was doing).
anyway- I am very pissed and I will not let this go- I know you guys will say I am a dumbass- but I just want to warn you. Especially you guys that make lots of money and people have heard of you before. you will not get paid by these credit books. it is a nitemare- and it really hurts.
IF I would have lost 30k they would have been on the horn with me first thing in the morning and I would have paid because 30k isnt shit to me.
but when I win 20k...I want it sure as shit. I spent time on that- I could have been doing other things.
I am thankful for you reading this- watch out for them folks-
I think they have a few other sites they work off of. these people are disgusting and I only hope the worst for them. I am working on making their lives miserable.

Your relationship is with your agent not them.

You should have dealt with someone you know and trust

Unfortunately playing on credit on an agent's sheet (Rocco) makes him responsible for paying and collecting with you. What he did, I think is take a shot at you by offering a huge 50k line of credit and hoping you would loose.

The book Allsportsworld.com is probably just a call center that keeps tracks of bets for agents, most of which are honest. In your case it sounds like you got a bad one.

My only advice is to keep trying to reach him, but by the sounds of it getting paid will be difficult.

thanks fellas- yeah I am suppose to call this Jake guy at 3pm today.
I also contacted an attorney friend of mine in CR. He said that since it is an existing balance issue, he thinks he can get it handled once he finds their address and ownership.
Lets see what happens.
I dont think they are just a hosting site because they said if I forfeit the balance i could play directly through them on credit.
I knw it sounds stupid. I am just glad I didnt send them any money.
If anybody knows a good book let me know. I am tired of offshore situations right now. I would rather pay my money to a hard working american.

I have been w/ SBG Global for 10yrs and they are my number 1 book. They take large limits and they PAY!!! Was this guy from SBG??

so I called this them fella @

he said even if your agent disconnects your money thats on you.
he said they are not responsible.
when I joined this piece of shit small time scam this Rocco guy said I was betting directly throug this company. He did not mention anything about him being my agent. nothing.

please people. stay away from them.

I wouldn't hold my breath. One of the reasons why CR is popular for sportsbooks is because they offer a form of corporate ownership known as "Societe Anyonyme". You might see it in international papers where instead of "Widget Inc" it will be "Widget SA". Which basically means you can own a company without having a named principal or location. So, I think that anyone that tells you that they can track down a CR owner might be pulling your leg.

yankee you need to be posting Rocco's phone number not the shop. I know the people ur posting about and they are just a company rocco used to write your action. They are also a honorable operation.

as far as them offering to book ur action direct, you either made that up or you talked to some douche that did not know what is up. Perhaps i can help you at least find out the scoop on rocco.

You are being a bit unfair saying these credit shops in general, won't pay. I bet they get stiffed by rich business owners just like urself much more often than what seems to be happening to you. Just because they know what building ur in that does not mean you are gonna pay either. even though 30K is nothing to you.

Whats really sad is that you play at SBG Glboal and VIP. SBG Global will stiff you as sure as shit if you win more than you lose with them. VIP will cut your limits to $50 or throw you out if you beat them. They treat you right for one reason only.

SBG is solid they take large wagers and always have paid me...been w/ them for over 10 yrs....

no I just played with SBG for 12 years and I have BEEN a v.i.p with them.
I dont play at VIP sportsbook.
sbg treats me right. Johnny and Gabby are class acts. if you lost their and had a bad experience that sucks....I had a horrible experience with Bodog, but I dont think everyone else has so why bash the too much, ya know? just chalk it up to them being irresponsible and unorganized.
Once these books start getting cocky and too big for the player...I'm done. I like books that appreciate business and are honest. not a bodoger:smoking:
