Dunn

Arizona acquired Cincinnati Reds outfielder Adam Dunn, who is tied for the major league lead with 32 home runs, for three prospects.
The trade was first reported by KTAR Radio in Phoenix.
In exchange for Dunn, Cincinnati will receive minor league pitcher Dallas Buck and two other players to be named later.
Buck got a call from D-backs farm director A.J. Hinch, telling him he had been traded for Dunn. Buck, who was traveling with the Single-A Visalia Oaks, was already on the bus to San Jose, Calif., when Hinch called him. He had to tell teammates of the trade en route.
"It was kind of funny," Buck said, "because I was rumored to be in a deal for [Mark] Teixeira, so when I just told them they all thought I was messing with them."
Buck was drafted by Arizona in the third round of the 2006 draft. Once a top-notch prospect, Buck's draft status fell after an elbow injury revealed on the eve of the '06 draft bumped him out of a likely first-round slot. He had Tommy John surgery last summer and had begun pitching in Single-A this summer.
Dunn is tied with the Phillies' Ryan Howard for the NL lead with his 32 homers. The White Sox's Carlos Quentin also has 32 home runs.
The Diamondbacks lead the Dodgers by 1½ games in the NL West standings.

So does this mean I can officially fade the Reds for the rest of the year? I already did every game last week but now....oh boy.

Buck was overshadowed by Kennedy and Linsecum in college cuz they were all in the Pac 10 ...I mean he was filthy back then and had good shit...pointless to sign him after Tommy John surgery though...I dont get what cincy is doing

Dunn is terrible, good trade by the Reds. He constantly leads the league in K's and hits for an absolutely terrible average. Now he doesn't even play in the Great American Smallpark anymore, so it will be harder for him to pack on the HR's.

The D-Backs really love overrated players that strikeout a lot. They must be going for the strikeout record by a lineup this year.

I dont see it as a bad trade...they got rid of a injury prone pitcher to help the offense...Dunn will not make them any worse than they already are...they rank like 26th in total offense...Im sure he will help a bit...

No doubt the Manny trade influenced the D-backs on Dunn.

Tough to respect someone's opinion on anything when they're this ignorant in general:

Referring to the entire world's Indian population:

They would get gold as thieves.
Now before anyone jumps down my throat I am speaking from personal experience. I have had 2 different business dealings with Indian people and both times I got screwed for thousands of dollars. One case is about to go to court for damages.

I have no respect for this race of people and I suggest if you must do business with East Indians...watch your back. I know that is a blanket statement but that is how I feel as of this moment.

Listen asshole...get back on the banana boat and get the fuck out of this country. Nobody wants you here.

When are you sand niggers going to learn?
That is how strongly I feel about it and if that means I get banned for it...so be it.
