Getting Volquez against the Pirates at -113 is a steal in my mind. Losing Dunn has probably lowered the line a bit but hes been mia the last couple weeks anyways so it wont have an actual impact on the way the Reds have been playing.

Small play on the Giants to give props to my boy Lincecum who has won me major cash this year. Combinehim with Oswalt and the pathetic team hitting the under looks too good to pass up.

Burnett's been solid lately and getting him at +102 is awesome. Would put more down but he is a career .500 pitcher and unless hes for real this time, hes gonna drop back down. He is in an opt out situation at the end of the year so I believe hes gonna work his ass off for the rest of the year unlike he did in the past. Will be watching him tonight to see how he does.

Mussina is 22-6 against the Twins lifetime and has a 1.29 ERA against them this season. That is all.

Karny, did you know that Volquez is 0-0 in 2 games pitched this yr. vs Pitt.
And that was when he was killing everyone. He is just an average pitcher right now.

Ya Woody I saw that but I didnt think that was really a negative as his numbers against the Bucs were strong, it was his run support that was weak. Either way I like Cinci ending their losing streak in this series and this first game looks like a good spot to do it. If it doesnt work out, so be it.
