arizona is one of those teams that just doesnt get a lot of respect with their lines. they are usually 20 or 30 cents underpriced when webb isnt on the mound. that looks to be the case here. game is a tossup. both pitchers are capable of throwing gems ... or getting bounced in 2.1 innings. will take the short return on the dbacks. colorado always gets the benefit of the doubt in coors but theyre just a bad baseball team.
angels are on cruise control right now. coming off a big weekend series with the yanks, now a quick 2-gm set with the mariners before hitting the road. will likely play both of these games (tonight, tomorrow) under the number and expect a split at worst. washburns numbers arent anything impressive, but i tend to get drawn to his starts for some reason. i think hes a better pitcher than given credit for.
