is the late part of the year a time when you find faves win a lot and maybe the public wins?
i find faves win a lot in Aug/Sep as they have the better weapons heading into the playoffs and the dogs tend to have younger players on a team that may have packed it in already for the season and that may not be as good.
faves went 12-4 and 11-2 last couple of days. not many data points to draw any conclusions from that obviously but i'm using my past knowledge. seems like you would have a better picture.

for some reason i think late august/sept is the toughest time of year to consistantly pick winners. i feel people get hung on on betting on the teams that "have" to win. they get caught laying very high juice and end up losing a shit load. i could be wrong, but that's my take. maybe BB will be able to fill us in with what he sees.
