you can pay me 150 now to end the bet or we can let it ride.

the only reason why im offering a buyout now is because argentina is on the US side. im confident they will get by them but if i can make out 150 ahead without the risk then thats fine as well.

the other side i see as being wide open. whoever gets to the final vs. the US will be obliterated. let me know.

here will be the brackets for the elimination rounds

A: Lithuania vs. China, Spain vs. Australia
B: USA vs. Croatia, Argentina vs. Greece

i think the A side is wide open, i could see Spain, Lithuania, China all advancing to the final. i think all of them lose by 20+ to the US though in the final.

USA will crush croatia. argentina, greece will be a good game. im rooting for greece because i see them as a much weaker squad going head to head vs. the USA.

argentina is a solid team. scola, ginobili, nocioni, oberto are solid players. if USA were to play them id still expect a double digit win, but i think this is the game lapdance is putting everything on.

I don't think it is worth the buyout for him.. looks like he will be losing 200, but in single-loss play all he needs is one off-night by the US. Worth it to go in for the last 50 and take a shot at an upset, I would only take a buyout if it was 100

Greece is a better team than Argentina. Croatia is an underrated team, but no way the USA loses to them. Greece and Spain are still the only teams that could give them trouble IMO, and they've killed both of them. Both teams are better than Argentina though, and Lithuania might be also.
