Best Time Of Day To Play Totals Day Or Over-night

I play a lot of totals in MLB,NBA,NHL AND Was wondering what the board members think in regards to wagering on over-night lines vs morning lines.

Latley I have been wagering about 8 am west coast time on games for that day or early evening but it does seem that at times if I WOULD HAVE GOT IN ON THE OVER-NIGHT LINE I would have gotten better odds.

Input on this would be great.

I'm not really sure, but it seems like the totals that jump off the page at me go in the direction that I don't want them to go.
