Angels: Ervin Santana hasn’t been sharp over his last five starts, going 2-2 with one no-decision. Over that span, Santana has allowed 17 runs in 33.1 innings of work. Overall, the Angels are 2-3 in those games. Santana is a strong 9-2 with an ERA of 3.45 away from home this season. In his career against the Rays, Santana is 3-3 but his ERA is a lofty 6.21. Astros: Brian Moehler has been on fire lately, going 3-0 with one no-decision in his last four starts. The Astros are a perfect 4-0 in those games and 8-2 in Moehler’s last 10 starts. Moehler has only allowed seven runs in his last 26 innings of work, while walking just one batter over that stretch. Moehler’s hot streak could come to an end tonight. He hasn’t had much success against the Brewers, going 3-8 with a 4.95 ERA. The UNDER is 4-2 in Moehler’s last six starts.

Astros are 16-6 in their last 22 games overall.
Astros are 3-12 in the last 15 meetings at Milwaukee.

This will be his 28th start against Houston after compiling a record a 12-8 to go along with a solid 3.72 ERA. The UNDER has cashed five consecutive times with Sheets on the mound.

Colorado Rockies at Los Angeles Dodgers [10:10 PM ET]

Rockies: Ubaldo Jimenez has now lost two straight starts after winning four consecutive games and six of seven. In his last two outings, Jimenez has been touched up for 19 hits and 10 runs in just 11 innings. Jimenez isn’t the same pitcher away from Coors field, where he’s only 3-7 with a 4.72 ERA. He is 5-3 in his career against the Dodgers, although his ERA is over five.

Hiroki Kuroda, Los Angeles Dodgers (7-8, 3.88)

Don't be fooled by Kuroda's record, he has been sizzling at home recently. He is 2-1 in his last three home starts and is 2-0 and has a 1.22 ERA in his last three overall.

Kuroda has relinquished just three earned runs in his last 22.1 IP and is fresh off a spectacular two-hit triumph over the Philadelphia Phillies. He also has 26 strikeouts in his last five home starts.

The Dodgers are 5-2 in Kuroda's last seven home starts and are 43-20 in their last 63 home games against the Colorado Rockies.



Slumping

Josh Fogg, Cincinnati Reds (2-5, 7.96)

Fogg has one victory in his last eight and is 0-2 in his last three with an 8.36 ERA. He has also surrendered 10 earned runs and two homers in his last 8.2 IP.
