I ran for 160 and threw 6 interceptions.
Ended up losing by 21(not bad considering 6 picks).
I mean im doing slants, corner routes,verts and everything and that shit always gets intercepted....there must be an offensive set to beat the 2 man under and cover 3.

Go with some screens...double wide reciever screens can really open up the field
In addition to that the cover 3 leaves the complete middle of the field open about 15 yards back...the quick over the middle pass works but not all the time, the mid range slants seem to work on a regular basis
So all in all I would say screens and medium passes over the middle

My secret is run the ball and play defense. If you can control the clock and try to time it so you have the ball last in the 2nd quarter you have a good shot at winning. I had to run the ball this year because the playbook changed that I always use.
I've found if you run the ball and control the clock you will frustrate your opponent into throwing the ball most of the game and they will eventually make mistakes.

I'm 56-4 online. against man have you're faster receiver doing a drag or an out route. zone is tough this year so run it on D. but the best thing to do against it is call a WR screen. if he isn't doing zone blitzes the you should be able to run on him pretty consistantly. if he starts doing zone blitzes then a drag route should be open at some point across the middle. but i hardly ever run man on D.
