wow. not too late. I bet small amount on S. Korea before any game started with +750.

I should waited... never lost a game and I got only +100 more?


Even S.Korea never lost a game, ppl think S. Korea is the weakest team so...

Well Korea is the weakest team of the four. They will most likely not medal at all. I'd say Japan is better than USA though, but they are very close. I'd be pretty surprised if Cuba didn't win gold.

what makes you think they are the weakest team? i havnt watched any of the baseball games, but they beat the other 3 teams. And you would think that they would be well rested in the pitching department as the had the #1 seed locked up for a couple days. Japan went 11 yesterday v. USA. But for all i know both of them were resting their pitchers as well since they were both advancing already.

Korea beat Cuba 7-4; beat USA 8-7; and beat Japan 5-3.

Korea's baseball season is on hold for these games as all of their players are from their 8 professional baseball teams.


Daeho Lee won their Home Run Challenge and hit a HR in their All Star game.

Yesterday, Korea was a 6 run favorite against NED, they won 10-0. Cuba was a 2 run favorite over Korea. (Pinnacle)

Lots of value on Korea here.

Player to watch is Daeho Lee who is their HR hitter (he won the HR contest and hit one in their All Star game. All the Korea players are from Korea's 8 professional baseball teams.

I had 2u/13u on the koreans,

just came back on cuba 6.3u/3u

ending up with +1u with a possible 6.7u.

was hard to decide if i should bet back at all, so it turns out i
risked 2u for 1u with free possibility to win another 5.7 on s. korea over japan.
if you were presented with that before semi's do you take it? or do you just play korea at even $ against the japanese. i think it worked out this here but betting back on futures usually doesnt seem to work out a well.
