boy they have been on and off....it sucks because i dont like carrying a heavy load in my offshore accounts because of the U.S. temperature on the offshore gambling...so i like to pull out (if i can) once a week or every two weeks...the atm card was a gift from heaven...now it seems fedex is it, ($35 at the greek) it's nice that it only takes one day to get the check, but man...it gets expensive. I cant figure out why the atm cards work one week and not the next, does anyone have any answers from them as to what's going on? the standard, "They're upgrading thier systems" is starting to not make sense....
the greek atm card has been a little more inconsistent then betjm's....my best friend jus got 1500 through the debit card(betjm) 3 days ago so as far as i know for sure they were up then...greek has had issues with this because even though they are under same roof they chose to use diff proccessor then what betjm switched to 6 months back....so obviously greek is in proccess of switching as well as we speak, but to change all those accounts over could take a few days/weeks.
bottom line with either of these companies ur money is 100% safe and legit and both of them will go out of their way to make sure u get paid. Talk with customer service and they will fedex or moneygram u the cash without any fees if u approach them with manners back. (this is for betjm 100% sure,...greek im 80%)

simon to answer ur question : the card doesnt say anything at the atms......the gentlemen above is referring to it not being a cash out method....if u cash out to ur card then it is available on the card and u can get funds....he is saying it isnt a method of cashing out period...atleast for the days/weeks i was referring to with greek (which is obviously who he is talking bout)..he jus said betjm since they are suppose to be same establishment...but betjm has switched proccessors a few months back.
