Would any team be smart enough to make him a partial DH?

He is batting .366 so far this year and always has good AB's

At least a partial DH in between starts, how tiring does hitting and running bases really make you?

That is why he will never play in the AL...

He is built to be an NL pitcher.

Two words: Sample size.
Plus, do you really think he'd be pitched the same way if he was they looked at him as a legitimate threat? There's a reason nobody does this and a reason he's a pitcher and not a hitter.
Fuck, I bet guys like Ceasar Izturis or Jose Vidro would be more productive DH's and you don't see anybody (aside from the retard brigade up in Seattle) attempting that, do you?

You think pitchers serve up as many straight fastballs to DHs as they do to pitchers?

You would think that after 12 homers in very limited AB's in his career opposing pitchers would realize he is not a normal pitcher
