extremely disappointed in myself yesterday. Did not like the card at all yesterday, but still played small. 0fer were the results. My discipline improved significantly this year, but yesterday was not an example. I haven't been this disappointed in myself all season, but i'll just mark that as another learning experience and move on.....

Like a lot today so i'm trying to sort through and narrow the card down a tad. Be back in a few

i mean obviously the play is washington or nothing, but I just don't think they have a good shot at winning. bol

I like the Astros even though I'm something like 0-8 betting with or against the Mets this year.

Scratched off the Tigers the rest of the year as they screwed me every time and I'm looking at the over in the Indians game. Seems like they score 20 runs every time they play Texas.

Good luck tonight and I hope the Phillies win though I think they lose tonight as Kendrick has been horrible his past few starts especially vs. the Dodgers.

G/L homed.!! big play looks good early. I guess its one thing to know what not to do, and another thing not to do it. ( refering to playing bad plays)

i love seeing the fear in brian bannister's eyes. i noticed it last saturday against the yankees and it's back again tonight. he won't be hanging around much longer at the major league level. you can tell he has totally lost his confidence and knows he is going to get shelled
