that offshore books will shut u.s. players off completely before the end of this year. it seems like it gets more and more difficult to deposit and to receive a payout, they have to be getting tired of u.s. players constantly bugging them for there money when they want a payout when its our govt. that is making it difficult. i wont be surprised to see them just say screw it, its not worth the hassle of fighting with the u.s. govt anymore and close shop to u.s. citizens.
