Agree that the -1.5 is not worth the nominal gain in price. However, given that the wind is out and the total is high, runs are cheap, in spite of the starting pitchers in this one.
Cousins is very home friendly, at 18-8. If I had to, I'd play the Cubs on the RL at about -170, but that's a lot of juice. Better play is the over 10.5. Wind is out at 10, and the Cubs like hitting lefties.

I'm on the Cubs very small because I never like to risk much on big favs, but I will say the Nats are a smart value play today. Anytime you can get +300 in MLB it's a smart play, especially with a decent pitcher on the mound.
Nats +2.5 -115 looks like a solid play also, especially since they're on the road which eliminates 3 outs for the Cubs.
