Frank refers to Frank Toti, one of the owners of the Coast properties. Since Coast sold/merged with Boyd and Barbary was sold to Harrah's and turned into Bill's, my guess is your best bet would be South Point since that is solely owned by Michael Guaghan and likely Toti has a piece of it.
