On 8/15 I sent them 1000.00 and rec'd a 250.00 FP, when I first talked to them they said we'll give you 200.00. I said isn't it supposed to be 250, he said hmmm oh yeah that's right. Thurs. 8/21 I rec'd their 08 betting guide, which mentioned the 250, in addition a 100.00 Casino chip. I know it's not much but a buck's a buck. So I called an hr ago, the guy said I don't think you're eligable. Why? I say. Because you didn't ask for it. I didn't even know it existed untill I got their rag. So he says call back in 45, I do. Now the guy says they have decided NO, because my accts. too old. 1 wk? Then he says if I dep. another 300, they'll give it to me. I said take the 100 and stick it. I'm not going to get it that's for sure, and no biggie. But VERY disappointed in BM. Opinions please.

So as I said on my 1st post I'm sure based on the letter of the rules I'm out of luck. Try to look @ it from my perspective. Up till the time I read their betting guide I was unaware of the $100. So I called, and it snowballed from there. Do I have it coming going by the published rules? I guess not. It just seemed like a chickenshit way to do things. The fact that the 100 is small potatos is irrelevant, or that I may lose it in 5 mins.! Maybe if he hadn't said "send us another 300 and we'll see" is what blew it for me. VD is helping and appreciate it, a lot. If you'll notice my original Q was "Am I Wrong"? Should I have just shut up and let it go? Would you?
Bookmaker is a good book..I have played and mostly lost 10s of thousands there..Outside of 5 Dimes they have the best variety of parlays and wager options..They do pretty much pay up on time, which is my biggest priority..

I had BY FAR!!!!!..My worst customer experience there ever!!!..The mutherfukker was rude and obnoxious..I could not fucking believe how childish this sob in the casino was acting..never in my fukken life have I been treated that way..I played in that rigged daily casino contest..I won..They never gave me my prize..I called 3 days later and this sonofabitch told me I had to call to claim the prize in 24 hours..It was in the rules no fukken where..He offered me free poker games..I told him I dont play poker..while thinking to myself poke your fukken tougue up your ass..All the while I was pretending to be nice and reasonable while hating this mutherfuckers guts..At the end he gave me a $50 Bonus Play..he was in the wrong and since that day I will never spend a fucken dime in their casino!!!!!!!..
I am not gonna let my experience with this idiot keep me from the sportsbook..I do like their sportsbook and their sister Diamond too!!

As far as I know thru the recommendations of various players I respect they're one of the best. Their early lines are great. Having said that, this experience w/them has really pissed me off, Everything you said about the guy is true. Maybe the same assshole. I have some $$ there now, so I'm not going to let one JO ruin it for me. If VD can get it fixed great, if not F it and carry on. Thanks everyone for your comments.
I used Bookmaker as one of my books but agree the bonus rules are BS. On my first deposit WAY back in the say I put in a dime, waited for a couple days for my 20% bonus but it never came. So 3 days later I did the live chat, asked about the bonus and it said you must request it within 24 hours, and this was even after I had put in a bonus code.
I mean WTF, if I put in a bonus code don't you think I'm requesting it jackball? Finally after speaking up the chain, I did get the bonus or I would have never used the book again.
One other time I did the same, requested it however (20% bonus) and they told me I can only get a 10% bonus with a 3x rollover. I told them right on their site it says 20% and he said "ok" and gave it to me without hesitation.
Still a solid book and bottom line they pay but I still scratch my head from time to time on their customer service or lack there of.
