Betallsports, Broadway Phil Passed Away

Betallsports, don't know if you know. Broadway passed away on Friday.

That guy was stand up. He had some honor that guy. We had some great dinners and some great stories. Cono's and Parkside are going to miss him. A stand up guy who took some falls for the big guy.

Hope he got himself some wings. He was working on them the last couple of years. Deep down the guy had a aheart of gold.

Just got back from the Funeral... Sad it was, but got to see a few guys I haven't seen in a Dogs age.
Now he will be with Billy and Joe.

Did you go to Papaveros? Or Funeral only? Damn, I wish I could have made it. I bet Chris his Buddy was a mess, they have been 1 and 1a for the last 20 years.

VD, the guy was the best and thanks for the kind gesture. I was 25 years younger, he taught me alot.

One great Story...Anyone that was winning, he would take their bets and place them in the freezer, I used to break his balls and take them out of the freezer and place them in the microwave, he would go nuts, yell about fucking with the tickets, then we would go to Cono's. The guy put up with alot of shit and defended alot of people. He could have stepped up, but he never wanted to. He loved his club, and he loved his friends.

In the 70's he lived like a king.

Heard a story of the same nature...Guy bet 49-50 games in college football...asked him about the 50th game and he said that Joe Paterno was too smart for him and he could never get a feel for betting the Penn State games...

Very Close VD...He hated both teams...It was Yale vs Harvard...2 ivy league schools that played each other.

Off topic Vd. Any way, is there any way you could reach out to these Lazerwager people? I have $9300.00 in there. I would take 6 in one shot and walk away. Any ideas here.
