I'm showing 3.5 for the 1st 5....is this serious? Seems kind of fishy to me. Baek has pitched good of late, but lets get honest, he sucks. Johnson is old, and there's no way he just completely dominates the Padres.

I think this 3.5 is just CALLING for overs, and I don't see how you can't take the over. I mean, Haren/Peavy were 3.5, how the heck are these 2 the same??

Also would like thoughts on the games total o/u as well as the RL/ML/RevRL

man im totally the wrong guy to ask about totals however i would lean on the under for a lot of the same reasons i as i thought the CHC/PIT under was looking good and the big unit has dominated SD for his career as someone else posted he has dominated brian giles and adrian gonzalez is a lefty so i dont see where SD is going to get their runs from yes ARZ could possibly go over the total themselves but not likely IMO best of luck no matter what you play the play for me here is ARZ too much juice however thats why i parlayed it with H-TOWN

Well, I was more or less wondering how Baek would stop Arizona from scoring runs. I think Arizona lights up Baek early and often in this game. I just think 3.5 is too low. If it were 4, I would've stayed away.

you think 3.5 is too low but you would have stay out if it was 4??? i don't get this... if 4.5, that's different story

It does make sense...

If it were 4, that leaves open the push possibility, plus the fact Arizona would have to score 5 runs. I'd much rather have the 3.5 then the 4 and feel comfortable.

if you forced me to make a play i would have played under 3.5 but yes zona could very easily score 4 on their own however look @ the cubs today for your sake and mine i hope the D-BACKS hit a GRAND SLAM 1st inning let it be Mark Reynolds i need him this week for Fantasy Baseball LoL

I would take this game over 7.5 runs for one reason:
Sd is thinking sweep right now their motivation will be high, no matter when Arz scored, they think they can come right back. Randy pitches well lately but he can give up some runs.See saw battle back and forth could make this game over. Prediction: Arz 6-4

what i am saying is, if i like 3.5 a lot, i wouldn't mind taking 4 either.... worst that can happen is pushing..but if it goes over 4, i will win my money with better value

I'm pounding the DBACKS on this one. Johnson just has wayyy to much success against the LHB of SD. Giles is not even in the starting lineup, and neither is Adrian Gonzalez.

Giles is 3-32
Gonzo is 2-8
Greene 2-8
Hairston 2-10

Hairston, Rodriguez, Kouz, Headley, Gerut, E.Gonzo, Hundley, Kazmar, P is your lineup LOL
