yankees -1.5 +165...redsox have already won this series, yankees famous for puring on runs when it doesnt matter.

phillies +132 -hamels listed.....game will be hyped as possible NLCS matchup, and dempster is sick at home.......one fact is left out, phils gonna be refocused after last night, and cubs have zero to play for. Hamels is fadable when u consider the strong righties on cubbies, but he went 7 inning earlier this year and 1 hit the cubs and gave up no earned runs.....that game was april and in philly, but there is no park more offensive in the league than citizens, so venue change is of no concern to me when comparing hamels prior 1 hit outing vs cubs.....

i really think this line is completely about the cubs record at home, and specifically dempster's...i think the line is off by at least 30 cents....

g/l Zeke!! will tail you on the Yanks. Think the Cubs have plenty to play for
home field for one and the Brewers are hot also. Cubs may be overpriced at home but I'll take the Cubs lineup over the Phills at this point. IMO the game will be less about pitching and more about run producing w/RISP.Don't see either starter making it out of the 7th.

he meant what? when is aid cubs have nothing to play for.....

allow me to explain, i didnt mean, theya re out of contention...quite the opposite...its a foregone conclusion they win their division, no one game makes or breaks their season....phils dont NEED this game...i belive must win situations are usually bad spots to bet a team anyway.....

the point is, cubs could rest guys, cubs could have an off game, anyhting could happen. My feeling is in general cubs arent double switching and managaing individual matchups and overusing bpen in ever situation just to get a key out........this is like a playoff game for the phillies. When the manager "wants to win" as much as uw ant them to, it helps your wagering situation. Pinella wants to win sure, i just dont see him pulling out all the stops to get there.

now that you clarified what you mean about the Cubs Zeke it makes more sense. Sounds like you are counting on a pitchers duel where 1 or 2 at bats will decide the game.

i agree with the phils play. tonight is gonna be way different than the 3 games the cubs just played in pitt. i think they will be flat for the step up in class and i see hamels keeping them under 3 runs tonight.

now that rollins is hot, i have no problem jumping on hamels at so much +$$.
