Just watched the replay again, and the announcer at the end when Illinois kicks the extra point says " This extra point means alot to alot of people around the country " . Didn't even realize how close my -9 point win was , Missouri won 52-42. Did anyone have a 10 point spread on this game?

Yeah, I had +10. It was pretty solidly a 10 point spread for the last 3-4 hours before kickoff.

Just a little advice for you...there are way more attractive betting options out there than college football teasers...nobody wins...

That being said, please fire away all you teaser specialists...:drink:

Didn't watch much of the game, but did see the ending and did hear the reference.

I've also seen several college games where a team scores a TD with no time left and they never attempt the point after. In those instances, the TD put the team in the lead. In the NFL they make you run an extra point play even when there is no time left and the outcome has been decided. I don't know if there's a specific protocol in college.

Definetly would've been sweating then. I saw Missouri up by 17 and figured hey I won. Could've easily been a push, cuz if they went for 2 I doubt Missouri would've put 100% effort in stopping that 2 pt conversion.:drink:

I had Missouri -9 and loved the fact that the Illini's first extra point was blocked.

They went for two later in the game to make up for it, and got it, so all would be the same whether that block happened or not.
