Let's Talk Yankees/Tigers

We got teams where both were expected to be in the post season. More than likely both will not be. You can make a case that both of these squads fall into the category of teams to bet against for the rest of the season. The so-called "Tankers."

What do you guys think?

Verlander will look like Todd Jones compared to Halladay yesterday. Tigers have been in a series w/ a powerless line up in the Royals. Yankees will have the pressure of Yankee stadium released in this game. If Ponson pitches as well as he has the past couple of times out the Yanks win pretty easily. Detroit may win the next 2 however.
