all this bs with the new clock rules is a crock... y try and fix something that isn't broke...how about when there is a pass interference 40 yards downfield can we spot the ball at the spot of the penalty?...why is this only 15 yds?...and secondly..when an interception or a runner with no one around them catches the ball and hits the ground... y is it automatically dead?...let them get up and run....these two rules are prevalant in the nfl....if the ncaa is trying to make the two games alike then can we play by the same set of rules?

I agree with not being down until they are touched, but the Pass Interference in the NFL is a joke. They need 2 different penalty's. Like an intentional PI that is a spot of the ball foul and another one that is 15 yards. Way too many times they call a ticky tack penalty and it costs the team 60 yards.

Their trying to shorten the games to go under 3 hours,at least they still stop the clock when going out of bounds a rule change I hate in the NFL.

College rules about knee or elbow touching the ground is for personal safety..... I guess

When the rule came out about PI being only 15 yards I couldn't believe it. As we have seen time and time again this only encourages a defender to interfere with a receiver to prevent the ball from being caught when the defender is clearly out of position. Why reward a defender who has not done his job?
