For those of you using sportsinteraction.com or considering it, please beware. I am a long time customer, probably 5-7 years. On Sunday night, I thought I would try their casino out for the first time. Had some extra $ in my account and thought I would give it a try. I played blackjack.

Played the first hand and lost fair and square. Played the second hand. I was dealt my cards and then the computer started dealing the dealer's hand. My computer locked up at this point and I could not see any cards the dealer had been dealt. The only thing I could do was shut down my computer. So, I did that and then logged back in to find out I had lost the wager without ever seeing what the dealer had been dealt. I called sportsinteraction to complain. I was told someone in their technical staff would have to review the case. I then called on Monday and was told the review was complete, that I had been sent an email, and that I would not get a refund. I never got an email and was never given an explanation of what truly happened. I lost my first wager fair and square, but was ripped off on the second wager. I have already reported this to the OSGA via email and CC sportsinteraction. Anyone else I can report this to?

Thier casino version of the book might be a ripoff but the book is top notch. Did you see the line they had yesterday on the UCLA game? UCLA +8 +110!! Its a wonder they are still in business. They must be doing something right on that end.

I think all online Casinos exist to rip you off. You win with play money and then when you use real money, somehow, you start to lose. What a coincidence!

Regardless, I don't see the fraud here.

Your computer crashed, likely not as a result of their software, by which time the hand was already complete on your end (dealer isn't dealt to until player has made decisions). Thus, the hand was resolved. I can see why you don't like that you couldn't see the result in real time, but given the platform I very much doubt somebody was sitting behind the scenes, somehow realised that your computer crashed, and changed the already generated result of the hand.

i'm sorry but this is just stupid. if they are that crazy about Tenn, then fucking go bet on them. lay 7-05 or whatever the top number was.

"no we'd rather lay 8 -10" if they do this all the time they wont be in business long.

So now you are committing fraud by lying about the
charge on your credit card.

The charge on your card was not fraudulent, so I'd advise you
to not lie to the cc company and say that it was.

Sportsinteraction and ripoff go hand in hand.

Why anyone would ever play there is beyond me (Unless you really don't plan on ever getting paid).

Were you going to hit or stand? If you had 9 and lost to a 17 then I'd bitch about that, if you had a 19 and lost then you probably would have lost anyway. Look at it this way, you spent $200 to learn a valuable lesson. When I had my account with sportsinteraction I played the casino like a dumbass. I made about $800 in a few days of just messing around (10 to $25 bets). Once I started betting bigger like 50 to $200) I lost nearly every single hand. I learned my lesson and have not been on since. To quote our brave leader,

"fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."

SIA gets heavy favorite action, Stinky, and they want close to equal action. So they just keep keep inflating the dog to get balance.

-8 -130
+8 +110

I guess is where it ended up, I haven't played there since NT left the US.

Then they get mad at the people that win with the dogs, and boot them, when these guys just helped them get balanced action.

They have very short-sighted management.

towards the end of last year there numbers were not as good. if they will be dealing these types of lines again it would be worth going back. never had a problem there. have heard of others getting booted or limited but i've never had a problem with sia.

hard to pass up their dog lines for sure

Ive heard that, but in my opinion that is not the smart way to book. Just my opinion though.

Got booted a while ago, so I'm obviously not up on the latest there. Never had a problem getting paid, that's for sure.

As for casino games, why does anyone play those? I think they're fair - why wouldn't they be? The odds are in the house favor, BJ is 6 decks, always 312 cards at the start of the game (always), you have a 49.82% rate of return playing neutral. Waste of time.
