For those of you using sportsinteraction.com or considering it, please beware. I am a long time customer, probably 5-7 years. On Sunday night, I thought I would try their casino out for the first time. Had some extra $ in my account and thought I would give it a try. I played blackjack.

Played the first hand and lost fair and square. Played the second hand. I was dealt my cards and then the computer started dealing the dealer's hand. My computer locked up at this point and I could not see any cards the dealer had been dealt. The only thing I could do was shut down my computer. So, I did that and then logged back in to find out I had lost the wager without ever seeing what the dealer had been dealt. I called sportsinteraction to complain. I was told someone in their technical staff would have to review the case. I then called on Monday and was told the review was complete, that I had been sent an email, and that I would not get a refund. I never got an email and was never given an explanation of what truly happened. I lost my first wager fair and square, but was ripped off on the second wager. I have already reported this to the OSGA via email and CC sportsinteraction. Anyone else I can report this to?

Gotta love those online casinos. When you do the trial run and play with play money, you can't give it away. Then you play with real money, and you lose almost every hand.
