Signed up at a book today and they give you a person who is your account manager.

Basically someone you have that when you call it goes directly to them and they take care of all your questions, etc.. I like it a lot. I am sure others do this but I havent ran a many that I noticed.

I have my own personal accounts manager so when I call for a payout and bam she answer the phone and I talk to her. I like that more than calling and having to go thru 3 differnt people and messages.

For some odd reason I get a bad feeling when I call asking for w/d at some places. I get the feeling they dont like it. Not with this set up. Seems very friendly. You develop a one on one realtionship with this person and she seems very knowledgeable and friendly.
