Lets put it this way, nothing is ever 100% when it comes to these types of issues but as far as I know the forums are back up for good.

The acid test will be tonight when the heavy traffic hits for the Monday Night Football Double Header.

Only time will tell. I'll feel better if we make it through the night without any bumps. Given that, I'm not 100% certain that the techs are done tweaking things, so if we do hit a bump or two-it doesn't necessarily mean that we're going down for an extended period of time again (I f'ing hope)

hey rob...just a suggestions to the head mountie here...until this may be resolved how about only registered and logged in members being able to access site?

That actually wouldn't help-it's not a capacity issue

For the first time since the forum crash/offtime i have been getting normal load times

hope this is for good as i hate going to other boards for too long, i seriously lost IQ points
