If it means anything, when I worked at DirecTV we used to be without ANY computer systems for the entire day. Would happen fairly regularly. The only difference is we could still work since we had phones to deal with customers whereas online if something bad goes down, then the whole thing is screwed since the people that post here don't have a phone option or anything. It's a pain in the ass but the website is doing all they can to make sure it doesn't happen again.

You can name two stiffs that post there. A total of two stiffs and those guys are JMAN and 5-Star. I've heard that JMAN has paid back at least $2,000 and 5-Star owes $300. But, if you think for one second there are no stiffs here that's a little unreal.
Scumbags and assholes? Really? I can count roughly 20 posters that post at both sites on a regular basis. My point is we have two sites that provide good information. We have stiffs and jackasses on both. Let's just leave it at that.
