BOYS YOUR GOOD BUDDY BEANTOWNJIM IS IN A BIG JAMB I HAVE THIS TENANT OF MINE COMPLAINING HE HAS MICE hno: THE F-CKING GUY IS 6 FT 3 AND HE WEIGHS EASILY 275 AND HE IS WHINING ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE LITTLE MOUSE GETTING INTO HIS BEEDS I GUESS THE F-G MAKES NECKLACES FOR WOMEN.BOYS I HAVE 3 OTHER TENANTS IN THE BUILDING AND NOBODY ELSE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT MICE HE IS NOW THREATENING TO GO TO THE BUILDING INSPECTORS.I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I SPENT 50 DOLLARS LAST WEEK ON A GADGETT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO LET OUT A SONIC SOUND THAT DRIVES MICE CRAZY HE IS CLAIMING THAT ISNT WORKING,I HAVE GIVEN HIM PACKETS OF MICE POISEN,I HAVE GIVEN HIM MANY GLUE TRAPS NOW HE CLAIMS NOTHING IS WORKING.I AM ABOUT TO PUNCH THE F-CKING F AG RIGHT IN THE FACE. I KNOW HE IS GAY BECAUSE HE HAS A PICTURE OF THE OLD TOM SELLECK ON HIS WALL AND A RICHARD SIMMONS WORK OUT VIDEO WHAT THE F-CK ELSE DO I HAVE TO SAY.

HELP BOYS I HAVE TO GET THIS GUY OFF MY BACK I NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL KILL MICE RIGHT WAYA BEFORE HE CALLS THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND I AM COOKED THEY WILL FIND OTHER PROBLEMS IN HIS APARTMENT AND THE BUILDING THEY ALWAYS DO.:finger:

I FORGOT TO MENTION THIS GUY IS 37 YEARS OLD AND ON THE SECTION 8 PROGRAM HIS RENT IS PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT :think2: UNBELIEVABLE IF YOU SAW THE GUY YOU WOULD THINK HE WAS THE STARTING NOSE GAURD FOR THE PATRIOTS NOT SOME BIG F-G LIVING OFF THE GOVERNMENT.HE MUST HAVE A DOCTORS NOTE SAYING HE IS CRAZY THIS IS HOW YOU GET A VOUCHER FOR SECTION 8.

HE CALLS ME 4 TIMES A WEEK TO TELL ME THE MICE ARE STILL THERE WHAT THE F-CK I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING EXCEPT BURNING DOWN THE BUILDING AND EVEN THAT HAS CROSSED MY MIND.:smoking:

You call a pest control guy, send him out. The mqain thing u need when dealing with sec 8 is a reciept from a professional saying the work has been done...

My biggest problem is air conditioning. They call and say it doesnt work. i go andffind nothing wrong...They say it runs all the time and drives their bill up. So what do you set it on? 65!!!!!! I had 1 tell me last week it freezes up everytime it gets below 60 in the house!!!!!!!! I tell em ur problem is not the air conditioner its u cant afford to run it like u want to.....on 60!! they call sec 8 on me and the whole cycle starts again....But when i show the sec 8 inspector an invoice from a licensed a/c company saying the unit is fine there is nothing more to say on the matter......he leaves, they sweat and we all go home happy.

http://www.backwoodshome.com/articles2/easterly110.html. Use RV antifreeze instead of water and this will prevent the dead mice from smelling. Make sure to use RV antifreeze as this is not toxic to other pets

PRO POKER THESE SECTION 8 PEOPLE ARE A PAIN IN THE ARSE BUT THE MONEY IS ALWAYS THERE.I HAVE MET SOME REAL NUTS OVER THE YEARS ON SECTION 8 MOST ARE ALLRIGHT BUT YOU DO GET SOME REAL F-CK UPS.

I HAD IT OUT WITH THIS BIG F-G BEFORE NOBODY ELSE IN THE BUILDING IS COMPLAINING ABOUT MICE BUT THE BIG F-G UNFORTUNETLY FOR ME HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL CALL THE INSPECTORS.IF HE KEEPS IT UP I AM GOING TO SEND MY EXTERMINATOR AND HIS NAME IS JOHNNY KNOCKDOWN TO PUNCH THE F-CKING GUY OUT :fckmad:
