TORONTO - Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Shaun Marcum will miss all of the 2009 season with torn ligament in his right elbow.
He'll undergo Tommy John surgery in the near future to repair the injury and rehab will likely keep him out until 2010.
Marcum suffered the injury during his start Tuesday against Baltimore.
He left the game with tightness in his forearm and numbness in his pinky finger.
Marcum spent a month earlier this season on the disabled list with elbow soreness.
This is NOT GOOD news!!!!!:neenee:
