i don't wager on the forums at all for this very reason. if i don't get paid then it will not be a big deal... more or less i am curious whether you guys would expect payment.

as far as i was concerned it was a done deal and with this guy obviously working on getting a job over there i did not think he would be a douchebag about it so i did not see the need to hammer a contract out over $50....

Law school student here: no bet. The statement of $50 for +7 was only an invitation to negotiate, no offer was made, so there was nothing to accept by "why the hell not"

PA - this is not a court room haha, i am not looking to sue him... hell knowing the guy for as long as i have i knew when i made the bet he would pull some shit... guy is an admitted pedo for crying out loud...

anyway it is just $50 but there is no doubt it is a stiff job.
