Straight up question. I put this response in the BetJam withdrawal problems thread

Wil, I know you were trying to help but I don't appreciate you giving out my personal and account info to a book without checking with me first. The Rx has been accused of doing this before and this is the second time this has happened to me since I've been a member here. I thought our poster information was private? Locking my account for just posting my experience/frustration with a book is not cool.

To begin with I do not give out personal information without permission, ever. Regarding BetJamaica on Sept 19th you posted this:

<TABLE class=tborder id=post5771342 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=6 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=thead id=currentPost style="BORDER-RIGHT: #fdde82 0px solid; BORDER-TOP: #fdde82 1px solid; FONT-WEIGHT: normal; BORDER-LEFT: #fdde82 1px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #fdde82 1px solid">09-19-2008, 08:02 PM <!-- / status icon and date --></TD><TD class=thead style="BORDER-RIGHT: #fdde82 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: #fdde82 1px solid; FONT-WEIGHT: normal; BORDER-LEFT: #fdde82 0px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #fdde82 1px solid" align=right> #1 <INPUT id=plist_5771342 style="PADDING-RIGHT: 0px; PADDING-LEFT: 0px; PADDING-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN: 0px 0px 0px 5px; VERTICAL-ALIGN: middle; PADDING-TOP: 0px" type=checkbox value=0 name=plist[5771342] inlineModID="inlineMod"> </TD></TR><TR vAlign=top><TD class=alt2 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #fdde82 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: #fdde82 0px solid; BORDER-LEFT: #fdde82 1px solid; BORDER-BOTTOM: #fdde82 0px solid" width=175>go2guy<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_5771342", true); </SCRIPT>

Anybody else having payout issues with BetJam?
<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I transferred money from one book to them because of the payout BS offshore books are quoting lately. I completed the rollover plus more to be able to request a payout and they cancelled it without notification. Cool. I call and ask them if the card is still not working because I made a request last night and she said no request existed? Huh? You must be mistaken because I know on my life that I made a request and now it's not pending anymore but the funds are still in my account. The excuse went from the previous one to you have to make your request on Monday before noon for the card and it may or may not work???? Man what the hell is going on? Then they quote payouts for "other" means and the fees are ridiculous. Hell I asked you before I transferred the loot over if these payout methods are available and the cost and now you switch it up on me payout time. Never thought I would say this but I need to completely zero out all my offshore accounts and play with the local only until offshore gets it together. None of the book advertised anywhere are dependable anymore. It's like a big fucking chase to get your loot from even the so-called stellar books now. Reminds me of what just happened in the stock market.

End of thread - only two posts.

BetJamaica is not stupid and I know for certain reads this forum. I don't know who called who (if this is what you are talking about) but #1 I do not know your BetJamaica acct number and even if I did I would not give it to BetJamaica without your permission.

I want to say one thing here for everyone's sake. When posters complain about books and have just been is some sort of discussion with that book about the problem they are posting about it does not take a Sherlock Holmes to guess who the player is.

I guarantee you Scotty never told you I gave him your account number (especially because I don't have it plus I do not do it) I also have no idea what your name is. The only information I have is your IP and the email address that you registered with sometime before Sep of 2004.

You are way off base here. I am going on 4 years as head moderator here and take the utmost care to safeguard any private information that comes my way. Not a single person has ever complained about me giving their private information away until now.

Dcspride had the same thing happen at BetJamaica, he posted about a problem and BetJamaica being the way they are did what they thought was best - try to figure out who was complaining about them and then trying to find out how they can resolve the matter. I wish all books were this observant.

Feel free to call Scotty up right now if you like, his number is in this post.

I'm not offbase because Scotty himself told me someone from the Rx emailed him about my acct. (to my surprise) but if you're saying they were able to figure out who I was and locked my account because I voiced frustration about getting a payout, ok looks like I was wrong. Maybe this was an isolated incident like last time.

You are free to call Scotty about the matter. Many times I will email Scotty and other GMs at books a link to a freash thread about their book but that is a publically posted thread that anyone can read. I do it in hope of resolving the matter at hand as quickly and as easily as possible. I never include private information in those notification emails (if I have anything, including IPs or email addresses, which I do have).
