playing philly/milwaukee under the total
playing anaheim moneyline

playing philadelphia to win the world series at +700

brewers earned their way into the playoffs but it certainly wasnt on the strength of their bats. they seemed to be affected by the pressure and hamels is going to give them all sorts of trouble. gallardo a talented young arm. as long as he doesnt have postseason jitters and can give the brews 5 innings of 3 runs or less, this one should be in good shape.

lackey, much like beckett, is a workhorse you can trust in the postseason. very reasonable price for a game i see as a pretty big pitching mismatch. plain and simple, angles win if they can push across 4 runs. thats how i see it.

phillies had their postseason cup of coffee last season. im expecting them to run the table in the national league. a dominant #1 starter. the best lineup of any team in the postseason. a closer that makes it an 8-inning game. lidge during the astros world series run had the most dominant month of closing ive ever seen. if he he anywhere near that form this october the phils should be in great shape.

Hate seeing you on the Angels.

A mismatch though? Lester has been the superior pitcher to Lackey this season and while you most certainly have to take into consideration Lackey's postseason success, calling it a mismatch is tad bit extreme IMO.

Good luck with your plays, always love seeing your posts.

yes, i believe its a strong edge for anaheim in the pitching department. lester has also been hit hard by anaheim in his young career, albeit with a smaller sample. still, think anaheim is worthy of -150/-160ish chalk tonight. gl.

Phils will give the Cubs a tussle but Moyer and Myers isn't going to cut it. This starting rotation cannot get Philly a title, no way.
