You realize Manny's a terrible defensive player who can't run a lick, right? Sure, he's a fantastic hitter, but saying he's a better baseball player than A-Rod and/or Pujols is laughable.

How the heck is Griffey laughable. Manny is not as good of a baseball player as Griffey was. If you think that you're insane.

Bonds would have been the only 600/600 guy if he didn't do steroids. You know that base running and defense is a part of baseball too right? You do know that it's not just hitting. Griffey was one of the greatest defensive outfielders ever, stole bases and hit. Bonds was the greatest defensive left fielder ever, stole bases and was a great hitter. Move along.

Manny is the best pure hitter since Ted Williams. Williams & Junior Stephens had 159 RBI's in 1949 no one approached that until Manny's 165 in the late nineties.

Is it just me or anybody notice Manny hits home runs with nobody on or his team ahead..Yeah he is a great player, but when you need a clutch hit from him , trailing with men on base you can be damn sure he always hits into a double play!
