The Angels are far from the best team in baseball. They have most deceived all year in thinking they were. The Sox, Rays and Cubs all have much more talented rosters imo. You can argue the Angels aren't even the best team in LA.
Just face that LAA is out in the first round as usual and move on. The team will likely only be worse next year unless they can resign a couple of the big guys that could leave.

Lowell didnt even have a rbi in the first month and missed half the season-
Jd Drew missed last 5/6 weeks
manny was a fuckin train wreck and messed this team up for two weeks straight- including a sweep by Tampa and LA right around when Manny pushed a 60 something year old guy over some game tixs and said his knee hurt-
Thus the sox won 5 less games playing TOR,NY,TB< 60 times!
So those saying LA is still the better team has been listening to the mainstream media too much!

If by THEIR you mean THERE.... and by the umpires picking the winner you mean your team not being able to perform routine plays on defense... sure.
Boston owns you, face is. It sucks, I know... but your "we were better in the regular season" argument has to get a bit deflating year after year, no?

Finally someone with a little common sense. The adversity that Boston overcame this year to win FIVE LESS games than LAA proves they are a better team. LAA plays in a division with minor league teams.. the AL East was tough this year. Boston if healthy would be a favorite to win the WS, but given the injuries they may not be. Even still, I think they have a great chance at repeating.
