I don't like anything about this White Sox team. This team relies too much on the extra base hit/long ball to generate runs. Tampa, I think, is a more complete team. The Sox got their win yesterday b/c Rays let Danks get too comfortable after not plating more runs when they had chances in the 1st and 2nd innings. Garza lost command and got rattled after the Thome bomb double to lead off the bottom of the 4th.
Sonnanstine does not rare back and say hit my fastball. That type of pitcher plays to the Sox strength. Sonnanstine will use offspeed pitches to keep the power guys off balance. Remember, this guy pitched 7 scoreless inning w/7k's in Fenway less then a month ago when the Rays were playing to keep the divison lead. That game was as close to playoff game then you can get. He won't be rattled by playing on the road.
